MOTIVATION
The New Student & Family Programs office (NSFP) is dedicated to the continual development of leadership attributes and wants to extend opportunities to everyone at the University of Arkansas to continue to grow through immersive trainings. Throughout each semester, NSFP will offer several trainings ranging from Emotional Intelligence, Mentorship, and more for Students, Staff and Faculty. In these one-hour training sessions, you will work with direct experts over the topics and explore your abilities and knowledge through activities, discussions and learning modules. These trainings are great for personal learning or for large group organizations. After each session, participants will receive a certificate stating their completion of the Leadership Academy Session.
